We proudly manufacture and supply high-quality truck tool boxes, headache racks, truck accessories, agricultural equipment, and custom fabrication products. Because many of our products are custom-built or manufactured to customer specifications, production and shipping timelines may vary.
Order Processing
Many Rimrock Manufacturing products are custom-built, fabricated to order, or modified to customer specifications. Production, processing, and shipping times may vary depending on product configuration, order volume, material availability, and manufacturing schedules.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Shipping Methods
Rimrock Manufacturing ships products throughout the United States and may offer international shipping on select products.
Available shipping methods may include:
- Standard Ground Shipping
- Freight Shipping for oversized products
- Expedited Shipping (when available)
Shipping options will be presented during checkout when applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before an order is finalized whenever possible. Additional freight-related charges may apply for special delivery requirements, limited-access locations, residential deliveries, liftgate services, or other carrier-imposed fees.
Dealer Orders
Authorized dealers may place orders through the Rimrock Manufacturing Dealer Portal. Dealer pricing, shipping arrangements, and freight charges may differ from retail customer orders.
Shipping costs for dealer orders may be reviewed after order submission and invoiced separately based on product dimensions, shipment volume, delivery destination, and freight requirements. Rimrock Manufacturing reserves the right to adjust shipping charges for dealer orders when necessary and will communicate applicable charges prior to shipment whenever possible.
Freight Shipments
Many Rimrock Manufacturing products are shipped via freight carriers due to their size and weight. Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling by the carrier prior to delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery and that someone is available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window. Any additional charges resulting from missed appointments, re-delivery requests, storage fees, limited-access locations, liftgate requirements, or other special delivery services may be the customer's responsibility.
Customers are responsible for arranging any equipment, personnel, or assistance necessary to safely unload freight shipments unless otherwise specified by the carrier.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, dimensions, and compatibility requirements before placing an order. Because many products are custom-built or manufactured to customer specifications, customers should verify that the selected product meets their intended application and installation requirements before production begins.
Customers are also responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that the delivery location can accommodate the shipment.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, manufacturing schedules, or other circumstances beyond Rimrock Manufacturing's control may occur.
Order Tracking
When available, customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should carefully inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
For freight shipments, any visible damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing for the shipment. Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact Rimrock Manufacturing within five (5) business days of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and provide photographs of the damage to assist with claim processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Rimrock Manufacturing is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, additional shipping charges, or other costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
