Refund Approval
Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected by Rimrock Manufacturing.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- Returned items show signs of use
- Items are missing components
- Products are returned damaged due to improper packaging
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of:
- A shipping error by Rimrock Manufacturing
- A defective product
- Damage occurring during shipment
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation once manufacturing has started.
