Return Policy

At Rimrock Manufacturing, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product below.
- Return authorization has been obtained from Rimrock Manufacturing.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are custom-built and manufactured to customer specifications, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Special-order items
- Products modified or customized at the customer's request
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Any product that has been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Rimrock Manufacturing reserves the right to determine return eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Custom-Built and Made-to-Order Products
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at the time of order for custom-built, made-to-order, and certain special-order products.
Because these products are manufactured specifically for the customer, they are generally non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact Rimrock Manufacturing to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- A manufacturing defect
- Shipping damage
- An incorrect product shipped due to an error by Rimrock Manufacturing
Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method and retain shipping documentation until the return has been processed.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing.
Inspection and Approval
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
If the return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or other authorized deductions.
Rimrock Manufacturing reserves the right to deny refunds for products that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
