This box is better than heavy duty it's like oil field duty construction. In my business, any tool or piece of equipment that isn't heavy duty doesn't last very long. Heavy duty seems to be something to say just to sell something. This bed box from Rimrock is definitely heavy duty and its built from structural steel stock and plate. I'm even considering adding another leaf to the rear springs on the truck to help with the weight when fully loaded with tools. A friend of mine said he'd been looking at vehicle tool box systems and when he saw my Rimrock box he noticed how sturdy the fabrication was in comparison to the competitors. And for a better price!
